412do collects only what is needed to deliver the newsletter and related services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data — with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

1. Information We Collect

User-provided:

  • Newsletter subscription: email address and optional name
  • Contact forms: name, email, message
  • SMS opt-in: mobile number, program selection, consent timestamp

Automatically collected:

  • Anonymized analytics: page views, clicks -- no cross-site tracking
  • Server logs: IP addresses, user agents, timestamps -- retained briefly for security

2. How We Use Your Information

To send the weekly newsletter and event alerts you subscribed to; to respond to contact inquiries; to deliver opted-in SMS messages; to improve reliability via anonymized analytics; and to meet legal obligations.

3. SMS / Text Message Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Numbers are shared only with our SMS provider (Twilio) and carriers for message transmission. Message frequency varies; most opted-in users receive up to four (4) messages per month. Reply STOP to cancel; reply HELP for help; message and data rates may apply.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your information. Sharing occurs only with service providers:

  • Resend -- transactional and newsletter email delivery
  • Twilio -- SMS message delivery
  • Hosting providers -- infrastructure and server operations
  • PostHog -- privacy-friendly product analytics, served first-party via a same-origin proxy (no third-party advertising cookies)

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use strictly necessary session cookies where required. First-party analytics use a same-origin proxy, limiting third-party data placement. Clear cookies anytime via your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

  • Newsletter subscribers: retained while subscribed; deleted within 30 days of unsubscribe
  • Contact submissions: 24 months post-interaction, then anonymized
  • SMS consent records: duration of opt-in plus ~4 years post-opt-out for regulatory compliance
  • Server logs: up to 90 days

7. Your Rights

To unsubscribe from email, use the link in any newsletter. To opt out of SMS, reply STOP. To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, email info@teamstrata.app. We respond within 30 days.

Pennsylvania residents may have additional rights under applicable state consumer-protection law. Contact us to exercise them.

8. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls. No transmission method is perfectly secure.

9. Children

412do is not directed at users under 13. Contact info@teamstrata.app to report and remove any child-provided data.

We may update this policy; the revision date at the top reflects current terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email.
