By visiting 412do.com, subscribing to the newsletter, submitting a form, or opting in to SMS messages from 412do, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

412do provides a curated weekly newsletter and website listing events within the Pittsburgh region. Functions include browsing event picks, subscribing to email updates, opting into SMS notifications, and submitting sponsorship or contact inquiries.
3. SMS Program
Program Name: 412do Updates.
Description: An opt-in SMS program for subscribers and contacts. Messages cover newsletter notifications, event alerts, and inquiry responses. We do not send unsolicited promotional SMS.
Opt-in Methods: Enroll by confirming the disclosure on the signup form, texting START to (412) 207-7723, or checking an opt-in box during subscription. Consent records are retained.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies; most opted-in users receive up to four (4) messages per month.
Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier; 412do is not responsible for carrier charges.

Cancellation: Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time.

4. Acceptable Use
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Unlawful use or facilitation of legal violations
- Unauthorized access attempts or probing for vulnerabilities
- Interfering with or disrupting the service
- Transmitting malware, spam, or unsolicited commercial messages

The 412do name, logo, site content, and software are the property of STRATA or its licensors. Copying, modification, distribution, or derivative creation requires prior written authorization.
6. Affiliate Disclosure
412do may include affiliate links to ticketing or event platforms. These are always labeled. Editorial picks cannot be purchased.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” STRATA disclaims all warranties. Always confirm event details with the venue before attending.
8. Limitation of Liability
STRATA, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of 412do.
